Valley Arts’ President Stephanie Strong is the Featured Artist this week (week of February 3) at the Whatcom Art Guild’s Art Market, 1103 11th Street, in Fairhaven. Stephanie’s beautiful and vibrant silk paintings are on display all week and on Sunday, February 16, Stephanie will be conducting a workshop on her techniques at the Market.
